Hair Worship
It was only appropriate that the home of beautiful, feel good hair in Tunbridge Wells had its own unique papercut, so ‘Hair Worship’ celebrates The Chapel in Chapel Place.
The loving transformation of the former Rehoboth Chapel into its own centre of reverence and hair/prayer led to the title ‘Hair Worship’. The standout features of the building aside from its beautiful symmetry are its terrific arched windows, which presented a challenge when it came to faithfully drawing them and even more when it came to painstakingly cutting them. Another challenge was how to incorporate our original verse into the design and if we’re honest, we did try a number of different ways before settling on the one you see here.
Signed by the artists and back mounted on archival quality mountboard, this delicate one-off A3 black on white papercut comes in a black, solid wood box, custom-made frame.
