This original design is one of a series of contemporary papercuts which explores elements of the natural world around us.  Our inspiration for this design is the stunningly beautiful allium.

The architectural quality of the seed head is enhanced even more when the flower dies back, creating a fantastic silhouette from which we created our design.  This hand cut piece was then sprayed with vivid pink and blue acrylic sprays and back mounted, allowing elements of the design to move and curl, accenting the fragility of ‘Seedhead Psychedelia’.

Signed by the artists, this one-off original is back mounted over archival quality mountboard and framed in a black, solid wood custom-made box frame.
